Terms of Service:

[Last updated: Feb 3, 2025]

To put it all simply, and to start seriously, you must be at least 18 years old to commission me.4 orders per person, per commission batch. This is to where plenty of buyers can have a chance to commission me and still have plenty of spots for each batch. For your order, you can contact me via Discord or dA notes, Discord is very much preferred for me...Please ensure that the content of what you are commissioning adheres to my content rules. Commissions are for personal use only.I have every right to deny a commission if it doesn't follow my content rules, terms of service, or if the content is too complex for me to create. To avoid any possible complications, please provide image references (Character references, size references, pose references, background references - any kind of reference that you would like to see please!!)This step is completely optional, but providing a story/scenario for your Comm is recommended. It gives context and the setting for what I'm creating for you, which will ease the process. And also fun flavor text for us to read...You can use my art for avatars/pfps/banners/etc. You may repost/share my art on your pages, but be sure to credit me if you do so. Do not claim my art as yours, don't profit from my work, and please don't input my work into an AI image model (Meaning please don't use my art for specifically AI image/video training. However, AI upscaling, AI interpolation, and image to silly AI video stuff and other things that's ran locally on your computer via Stable Diffusion or some other program is fine, as long as my art is not being used for commercial AI image/video training then I'm ok with that.) or use them for NFTs (idk if NFTs are relevant anymore lol but please don't do any of those things.)I will never use or share any of your personal information that might be shown to me, your real name and other stuff is none of my business, period. You must not use or share any of my personal information that might be disclosed; every piece of personal info will remain strictly between us and us only. For payment, USD only, you can use either Cash App or Ko-fi (redirects to my PayPal). You must pay at least 50% (Non-Refundable) of the total balance upfront before I begin working on your Comm. When the sketching is finished and is approved by you, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finishing up your order. You have up to 40 days to pay off the remaining balance, and if you don't pay it all off within those 40 days, your Comm will be cancelled. If you are paying me via CashApp, it has a small fee for my business account on there, and I will charge you that fee to ensure I receive the full base price. According to one of their pages, it automatically deducts a 2.75% fee on receiving payments. For example, if you want a $6 sketch, in order for me to receive at least $6.00, you would have to pay $6.17 instead. If you are paying me via Ko-fi/PayPal, PayPal has larger fees than CashApp, and I will charge you that fee to ensure I receive the full base price. My U.S. fee is 3.5% plus $0.49, and my International fee is 5% plus $0.49. For example, if you want a $6 sketch, in order for me to receive at least $6.00, the total with the US fee is $6.72, and the total with the International fee would be $6.83. You can round up to the nearest whole number if you want.Regarding my process, I will give myself up to 90 days to work on your commission. Please be patient with me, I have made the decision of working on art at my own pace, but I will spend plenty of time on Comms to make it look as good as possible for you. I will first send you the sketch for your approval, allowing for slight revisions if necessary. Then with each step of my process, I'll send you W.I.P. pics of that step (i.e. coloring, shading, etc., and with revisions possible if needed). And then I'll send you the finished product for your approval, with up to three minor revisions possible. When I have completely finished your comm, a full-res .png file (and/or more file formats if ordered) of your comm (as well as .png files of the alts if ordered) will be sent to you via DMs.For refunds, if you paid more than half of your total balance AND haven't received the final product, you are eligible for a refund. The amount that will be refunded to you is the amount you paid minus half of your initial total balance. For example, if you paid $20 for a comm with an initial total balance of $30, you will be refunded $5. But once your refund is given, your comm will be cancelled. And then the last two things I'll do is to ask for your permission for me to post your Comm on my page, and if you want to be credited in the description. If you don't want me posting your Comm publicly and/or if you want to stay anonymous, then please tell me.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to my terms.

DRAWINGS:◆ Sketches can be done either traditionally or digitally. I only have a mechanical pencil for trad stuff since I'm more focused on digital stuff.◆ If you're paying for just a sketch and if my sketch was done digitally, color can be added to that sketch for an extra $4 (and by color, I mean actual colors, not greyscale or monochrome coloring.) Full basic shading can be applied to sketches for an additional $4.◆ +$7 for extra characters (excluding sequences)◆ Ref sheets will be made with Clean Lines + Flat Coloring only. My Ref sheets will be made as turnarounds!! Which means that it will be orthographic, and include front, side (If your character is asymmetrical, both sides will be shown), and back views. These kinds of ref sheets can be transposed into 3D!(Sometime in the future, I'll make a ref sheet of Maxy and put it here as an example...)◆ If shading is involved, you can choose between Cel Shading or Soft Shading. Or a good mix of both if you don't choose, I prefer mixing the two.◆ If inflation is involved, a popping/bursting alt can be made for $6 extra.◆ For sequences, 3 parts minimum and 10 parts maximum. Each part will count as an individual drawing, but you will receive a discount!! 13% off for Sequences with less than 6 parts, and 20% off for Sequences with 6 or more parts. So for example, the base price of a 5-part Clean Lines + Flat-Colored Seq. is $100 (5 x $20), but would instead be $87 with the 13% discount.◆ The extra characters fee for sequences is $5, and will be charged for each part that shows/involves more than one character. The seq. discount will be applied after the extra character fees.◆ Also, all parts of a sequence doesn't have to be strictly one drawing tier, meaning you can specify each part that will be made with a specific drawing tier in your order. For example, a 3 part sequence can have the first two parts sketched, and the last part can be fully rendered.

  • Sketch (With Optional Monochrome Coloring) ($6)

  • Clean Lines (With Optional Monochrome Coloring) ($14)

  • Clean Lines + Flat-Colored ($20)

  • Clean Lines + Flat-Colored + Shading [Full Render] ($30)

  • Clean Lines + Flat-Colored + Shading + Detailed BG [Full Render + BG] ($40) [I don't wanna do this for now]

  • Ref Sheet ($40)

[Here are examples of what those tiers look like, featuring my Maxy!!!]

2D ANIMATICS:(This one is under consideration, you can still ask me about it though...)[AniMATICS, not animations lol! Meaning a rough draft of what an animation would look like, so keyframes only! Sketched and monochrome only, no audio (although you could add audio to it...), minimum of 5 seconds, maximum of 5 minutes, base minimum is $2.00 for each second of the animatic, which would mean $20 for every 10 seconds. The price for animatics are pretty finicky since I believe its price should be based on its length and the number of uniquely-drawn frames included. So what I can do is quickly create a VERY rough storyboard based on the prompt you give and the duration you want, the storyboard will count the amount of keyframes that will be in the animatic, which will determine the price.]

I won't make actual animations and create sculpts/3D models until I get a new PC... If you haven't known already, my laptop broke and I'm stuck on my phone. So please don't ask for actual animations and sculpts at this time, thanks!! The numbers below are just listed for price reference when I'm finally able to do animations and sculpts...

2D ANIMATIONS:[25FPS, clean lines, minimum of 5 seconds, maximum of 5 minutes. $3.50 for each second of animation, which would mean $35 for every 10 seconds without the extra charges.]

  • Monochrome (No extra charge :D)

  • Flat-Colored (+$30)

  • Flat-Colored + Shading (+$50)

  • Flat-Colored + Shading + Detailed BGs (+$90)

3D MODELS/SCULPTS:
[Can have it either rigged or unrigged. Rigging and weight-painting by me will cost an extra $10. A link to the files will be provided to you upon completion.]

  • Low Poly ($35)

  • Hi Poly + Detailed Static Render/Model Spin ($60)

  • Hi Poly + Detailed Static Render/Model Spin + Retopologized/Optimized ($90)
