This is a VERY long list because I should detail everything within my TOS, so if you have ANY questions for me regarding commissions, be sure to ask me anything!!!!!

To put it all simply, and to start seriously, you must be at least 18 years old to commission me.For quick communications with your order, you should contact me via Discord (snappysquitzy) or DeviantArt...Please ensure that the content of what you are commissioning adheres to my content rules. Commissions are generally for personal use only, but if you're using this for a commercial use, then please let me know.I have every right to deny a commission if it doesn't follow my content rules, terms of service, or if the content is too complex for me to create. To avoid any possible complications, please provide image references if possible (Character references, size references, pose references, background references - any kind of reference that you would like to see please!!)You can use my art for avatars/pfps/banners/etc. You may repost/share my art on your pages, but please be sure to credit me if you do so. Do not claim my art as yours, don't profit from my work, do NOT repost my fetish vids on Youtube or other video platforms, and please don't input my work into an AI image model (Meaning please don't use my art for specifically AI image/video training.) This also includes NFTs (idk if NFTs are relevant anymore lol), but don't do any of these things, you will be blocked.I will never share any of your personal information that might be shown to me, your real name and email and other stuff are none of my business, period. You must not use or share any of my personal information that might be disclosed; every piece of personal info will remain strictly between us and us only.For payment methods, USD only (for anyone outside the US, it just means that you pay the amount in your currency that matches with the USD balance I give), you can use either Cash App or PayPal. For SKETCHES ONLY, you must pay the full total balance. If it's anything more than a sketch, you must pay at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) of the total balance upfront before I begin working on your Comm. If you are NOT able to pay the full total balance immediately, but are able to pay the first half the total balance (and eventually pay the second half within a 30 day period), please let me know. If you pay at least half of the total balance, and when the sketching is finished and is approved by you (or when storyboarding is finished and approved by you for animation commissions), the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finishing up your order. When asked to pay the rest of your balance, you have up to 30 days to pay off the remaining balance, and if you don't pay it all off within those 30 days, your Comm will be cancelled.For payments involving PayPal: Invoices are now my main option for payment there. I will send an invoice to your PayPal email upon confirming your commission payment. You can also send your payment to my Ko-fi. Sending payment through Ko-fi is optional, but not preferred, because some people had problems with their payments processing through Ko-fi.For payments involving Cash App: Upon confirming your commission payment, I will send a request to your Cashtag.For refunds, if you paid more than half of your total balance AND haven't received the final product, you are eligible for a refund. The amount that will be refunded to you is the amount you paid minus half of your initial total balance. For example, if you paid $20 for a comm with an initial total balance of $30, you will be refunded $5. But once your refund is given, your comm will be cancelled.Regarding my process, I will give myself up to 30 days to work on commissions that don't involve animation. I will give myself up to 90 days for animation-related commissions.I work on art at my own pace, but I'm very active here at the moment, and will stay in touch. I will first send you the sketch for your approval, allowing for slight revisions if necessary. Then with each step of my process, I'll send you W.I.P. pics of that step (i.e. coloring, shading, etc., and with revisions possible if needed). And then I'll send you the finished product for your approval, with up to three minor revisions possible. When I have completely finished your comm, a full-res .png file (and/or more file formats if ordered) of your comm (as well as .png files of the alts if ordered) will be sent to you via DMs.And then the last two things I'll do is to ask for your permission for me to post your Comm on my page, and if you want to be credited in the description. If you don't want me posting your Comm publicly and/or if you want to stay anonymous, then please tell me.

2D STUFF!!!

DRAWINGS:◆ Sketches can be done either traditionally or digitally. I'm much more proficient with digital art, but I can draw on paper.◆ If you're paying for just a sketch and if my sketch was done digitally, color can be added to that sketch for an extra $5 (and by color, I mean actual flat colors, not greyscale or monochrome coloring.) Full basic shading can be applied to sketches for an additional $5.◆ +50% fee for each extra character (excluding sequences). For example, a Full Render with an extra character in frame would cost $52.50 ($35 + $17.50)◆ If shading is involved, you can choose between Cel Shading or Soft Shading. Or a good mix of both if you don't choose, I prefer mixing the two. You can also suggest rendering styles if you want a specific look to your piece! Meaning if you don't want linework and only painted colors and such, then let me know...◆ If inflation is involved, a popping/bursting alt can be made for $6 extra. This also includes optional small edits such as making the belly slightly bigger before the burst!◆ For sequences, 3 parts minimum and 10 parts maximum. Each part will count as an individual drawing, but you will receive a discount!! 13% off for Sequences with less than 6 parts, and 20% off for Sequences with 6 or more parts. So for example, the base price of a 5-part Clean Lines + Flat-Colored Seq. is $100 (5 x $20), but would instead be $87 with the 13% discount.◆ The extra characters fee for sequences is +25%, and will be charged for each part that shows/involves more than one character. The seq. discount will be applied after the extra character fees. For example, a Sketched 3-part sequence with 2 parts including an extra character would cost $31.32◆ Also, all parts of a sequence doesn't have to be strictly one drawing tier, meaning you can specify each part that will be made with a specific drawing tier in your order. For example, a 3 part sequence can have the first two parts sketched, and the last part can be fully rendered.

3D STUFF!!!

3D MODELS:
[Comes with basic textures/coloring, 3D models can either be rigged or unrigged. Rigging and weight-painting by me will cost an extra $15.Please note that 3D models are different than Sculpts! 3D models are optimized for games and animation, while Sculpts are NOT optimized, those are static digital figurines!Low Poly models will be at most 40k polys. Those will also have at most 1024x1024 textures, while Hi Poly models will have much larger texture sizes. Hi Poly models can have normal maps!A link to the files will be provided to you upon completion.]

SCULPTS:
[Hi poly static figurines, comes with basic coloring, textures might be added.Basic Sculpts will include the character only, while Complex Sculpts can include small alts for the sculpt, a detailed pedestal, and a sculpted background/surroundings.
A detailed pedestal will cost $10 extra, and sculpted BGs/Surroundings will cost $15 extra.A link to the files will be provided to you upon completion.]

ANIMATION STUFF!!!

2D ANIMATICS:[AniMATICS, not animations lol! Meaning a rough draft of what an animation would look like, so keyframes only! Sketched and monochrome only, SFX are optional for +$5, minimum of 5 seconds, maximum of 5 minutes, base minimum is $1.50 for each second of the animatic, which would mean $15 for every 10 seconds.]

2D ANIMATIONS:[25FPS, clean lines, minimum of 5 seconds, maximum of 30 seconds. I use a combination of some 3D props and BGs, but the 2D characters are hand drawn. For shading, Cel Shading only!! $2.50 for each second of animation, which would mean $25 for every 10 seconds without the extra charges.]SFX are an extra $5.The extra charges on the other tiers are a fixed number, and are applied AFTER the $2.50 per second rate. For example, a 10 second animation with Flat-Colors + Shading will cost $75 total. ($25 + $50)

LIVE 2D:[Basically I take a drawing, split up the parts into layers, and animate those parts! This can include my previous art and other people's art, but obviously I would have to get permission from them first haha... $10 to separate parts of the drawing if I haven't done so already. 10 seconds minimum and 1 minute maximum. $1.00 per second of the Live 2D!]If you have the separated parts, you can send me those...

3D ANIMATIONS:[25FPS or 50FPS, minimum of 5 seconds, maximum of 5 minutes. I only use my own models that I created myself and other models I have permission to use. I will not use ripped models! (that's cheating lol) $1.50 for each second of animation, which would mean $15 for every 10 seconds.]Like with 2D animations, adding sfx will cost an extra $5!
